Version 0.47 now available.

Fixed a few bugs and such and built a new installer using Inno Setup as I didn't readily see a way to ensure that Clickteam's Install Creator would fix file permissions.

The end result is a bit more polish to some areas of the game and hopefully from here on out a smoother process as I do work on the installer as well as the game itself.

If you have version 0.46a you can run the uninstall for it or just delete the folders and any shortcuts in your Start Menu and Desktop. I'm not doing anything crazy in the install process but simply making it easier for non-guru players to install it :) I did have a bit of brain fuzz though as version 0.46a tied the version number into the install folder and such. That's also been corrected with the new installer so should have a clean upgrade path as I get time to work on the game more. If you uninstall version 0.47 it does NOT delete the save folder so if you later reinstall it will notice the folder is there and prompt you about overwriting which you can safely do and still have any previous game saves. I'll need to spend some time in the future to make the installer a little smarter so you can opt whether you want to keep the file saves when uninstalling and if you reinstall have it let you know why the folder is there.

The hospital is still busy partly due to the significant influx of people to the area and an awful lot of car wrecks and such but I do occasionally have some time to work on the game.

Dev roadmap includes finding ways to add a bit more detail to the story lines with more interaction with NPCs to get a lot of that detail. Also cleaning up some of the enemy encounters and more guidance to upgrade your equipment and train in more skills so as you level up some of those fights aren't overly prolonged.....
